Who installs and maintains a SunFund solar system?

SunFund partners with certified, licensed, and insured local installers who handle the full process, including permits and inspections. After installation, ongoing maintenance, performance monitoring, and system health checks are all included in your monthly fee, so there are no separate upkeep costs to worry about.
Installation
Our installation partners are trained, licensed, and insured professionals. SunFund manages the entire process end to end:
- Site assessment and system design
- Permits and utility interconnection
- Mounting and electrical installation
- Final inspection and activation
Most homes go from first inquiry to a live system in about two weeks.
Ongoing maintenance
Once your system is live, upkeep is on us. Included in your monthly fee:
- Continuous performance monitoring
- Scheduled maintenance and system health checks
- Repairs and support when needed
Because SunFund owns and maintains the equipment under the solar-as-a-service model, you get the savings without the responsibility of maintaining hardware yourself.
